The Child Care Provider (CCP) does not only include a day care provider, but also anyone who are providing childcare services. In order to register, you will need a legitimate credential from the Child Care Provider Certification Board (CCPB). The regulations vary from state to state, but most states have the same basic requirements. A new business is need so easy.

If you are a first time or new Child Care Provider and would like to know how to start a new business, you can start by registering with the CCPB. This way, you can assure yourself that your license is up to date and that you have all of the required documents. Registration information includes: Name of the Child Care Provider; Name of the Child Care Provider’s Employer; License Number (if any); Status (active, inactive, suspended or revoked); and, Signing on of Signing in, if applicable.

There are three steps involved in the registration process for Child Care Provider’s. The first step is to determine whether or not you are eligible for certification. Once you are certain, you will be able to submit your application for registration to the CCPB. You will need to make sure that your children are allowed in this type of care.

There are many types of Child Care facilities. One of the types of facilities is a full service center, which provides residential services as well as care in the community for children with special needs. This type of center will have to meet certain federal and state requirements for Child Care facilities.

The second step is to submit your application to the CCPB. Make sure you use the best business letterhead and stationery for this particular request. The submission must be received and approved by the CCPB before it can be effective. The CCPB website will provide guidelines for submission.

The third step involves submitting all of the paperwork required by the CCPB. The CCPB requires one proof of residence, health insurance, a photograph, Social Security card and proof of financial responsibility. You will also be required to provide the name, address, contact number and email address of the person in charge of policy maintenance and renewal.

The paperwork process involves signing an agreement of service (SOOS) that includes all of the information on what services the CCPB will be paying for. SOOS also contains the obligations of the CCPB regarding the administration of child care services. The SOOS also includes reporting policies. The CCPB will have a contract with you to run your child care facility.

New Business Needs Proper Certification

A legal obligation, the SOOS will contain the obligations of the CCPB to provide child care to children that qualify for child care services. The SOOS will be reviewed on a yearly basis and, if any changes are needed, made.

If the CCPB approves your SOOS, you will receive a Certificate of Registration. You will then have to register your Child Care Provider’s name with the state’s Department of Health. The next step is to obtain a physical location for your Child Care Provider’s office.

The physical location will be the location that has been approved by the State Department of Health. This location will be inspected by the staff of the State Department of Health. This inspection will show that the State Department of Health is satisfied with the physical location.

Upon approval of the physical location, you will be required to notify the CCPB of your physical location. Upon notification, the CCPB will require that your physical location have the capability to serve the service needs of children.

Conclusion

Once you have received approval from the CCPB and the physical location has been approved, you can begin the process of registration. The Registration process will take between two and six weeks. Once you are registered, you will be required to submit all of the necessary forms to the CCPB.
