  • Soft Drinks- Soda and energy drinks do not provide any nutritional value for baby and pregnant women. This ineffective calorie adds a lot of weight during pregnancy. Swap sugary soda with sparkling water instead.
  • Dairy- A very common food craving during pregnancy is ice cream. Consuming a lot of dairy items indicate that the body needs extra calcium intake. Craving for dairy products includes milk, cheese, and yoghurt.
