You should also restrict the consumption of caffeine during your pregnancy.

A pregnant woman needs to consume at least 400 mcg of folic acid every day. This will help in providing the necessary support to the brain and spine of your kid. It is also important to work out regularly during your pregnancy. Working out regularly keeps you and your baby in a healthy state which is extremely important during pregnancy. Resting properly is also important during the period.
